The most recent “Ceramics Afternoon” at Walter Reed – held on July 11 – was the best attended since it started several years ago. Liz Winchell of All Fired Up once again offered a fun and creative opportunity to relax for injured service members and their family members, and the entire Mologne House dining room was full of engrossed painters. YRF super volunteers Becky Perl and Chris Downey were on hand with other YRF volunteers to supervise the popular activity. Artist Pat Hertzberg offered individual portraits to several lucky attendees as well.
